Tis the season for fresh food and local produce, why not try out some British Tomatoes, in all their wonderful shapes and colours, along with some delicious Italian Buffalo Mozzarella and fresh basil.

2 x packs of Buffalo Mozzarella or Mozzarella

Cut larger tomatoes into slices around 3-4mm thick, quarter smaller tomatoes.
Slice Mozzarella into even sized strips.
Layer onto on wooden presentation board, I bought mine here. Make sure you have a nice mix of tomatoes to mozzarella.
Drizzle some olive oil over the top and sprinkle some sugar, this really brings the taste of the tomatoes. Add some salt and peper to taste.
This goes really well with crusty bread and a bowl of balsamic vinegar for dipping.
