This gorgeous range of jewellery comes from award winning jeweller Ruth Tomlinson, who launched her first collections ‘Flora’ and ‘Sketch’ over 10 years ago, following her MA at London’s Royal College of Art in 2005.
Looking through her website I wish I had discovered her 5 years ago when I got married, as her newly launched collection of diamond rings and wedding bands are simply stunning, and something one would treasure forever.
Ruth has an arts and crafts approach to her work, which is probably why I am drawn to many of her designs, as she explains "I am driven by my passion for the magic of minutiae, tiny intricacies, small oddities and the search for preciousness within the world. " Her attention to detail is breathtaking and the combinations of rich, with pastel tones give a strong feminine identity to her work.
